Victor TIMONE, private chef

After scientific and engineering studies, Victor chose the passion that had been with him since childhood: cooking. Trained in leading French restaurants, he developed in Marseille a culinary identity rooted in produce, terroir and the seasons.

His is a cuisine of terroir and tradition: the soul of grandmother’s recipes elevated by fine-dining techniques. Victor also appeared on Objectif Top Chef. His background in leading restaurants enables him to create an exceptional tasting menu, yet he is equally at home adapting to a simpler, relaxed and generous family-style meal. Several times a year, Victor returns to restaurant kitchens for further training, sharpening his technique, renewing his inspiration and maintaining the same exacting standards. In winter, he translates the flavours of the South into dishes that remain light while offering the warmth and comfort of the mountains.
